Each session is 1 hour long. Reiki system is a simple and powerful system of energy work that helps to develop physical, emotional, mental and spiritual harmony. It helps with anxiety, depression, PTSD. Brings out confidence and making life more easier. Reiki energy helps to move and balance energy, removes blocks and repairs tears in the aura and help restore well-being.
Reiki also help if you need a bit of time to yourself and to release some stressed. If you have been working so hard and just need to take away your busy mind.

Really relaxing and at the same time energizing reiki couple-session at home with Nikki! ✨ She cleaned our space with spiritual smoke, we were lying in bed and were given reiki session.
My partner even fell asleep and we both had a big release of negative emotions and felt wonderful pleasant vibes going through our bodies during the session.
Days later I felt much lighter and relationship trauma did not seem so heavy anymore, my blocks were released and I could see from a completely new point of view the things that matter me the most. 💕🦄
I also liked how Nikki pointed out after session where exactly the blockages are locating in our bodies, which chakras need attention to work on blockage release.

I had a lovely Reiki / yoga session with Nicola yesterday morning. It was so relaxing. The setting at the Waterfront is perfect, right by the beach with the sound of the waves as you shut your eyes and immerse yourself into the sessions. It’s then followed by a breakfast choice of omelette, full English or fruit & yogurt. Definitely recommended for a lovely calm way to start the day
I also recently attended Nicola’s October Cosmic Retreat for a day. From the start I felt very welcomed by everyone (having joined part way through the week). The day started with relaxing yoga before a delicious breakfast. Then there were various other sessions throughout the day including dance, tarot readings and reiki. The group of people I met were wonderful and everyone felt it was a safe space and was at ease opening up and releasing emotions. The positive energy and vibes flowed. The food throughout the day was amazing, so fresh and healthy, and the location was absolutely perfect for this type of retreat. Nicola did an amazing job creating this retreat and I would certainly recommend joining her next retreat.
