Reiki is a beautiful and gentle energy healing practice that helps bring your body, mind, and spirit back into balance. The word Reiki comes from Japanese—Rei meaning “universal” and Ki meaning “life force energy.” It works by channelling this universal energy through the hands to support your body’s natural healing processes.

When you come for a Reiki session with me, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, safe, and supportive space. You’ll remain fully clothed and lie down comfortably while I i gently place my hands just over your chakras. Many people feel warmth, tingling, or a gentle sense of release. Some even drift into a meditative, dream-like state.
Every session is a little different—your body and energy will receive exactly what they need in the moment.
