🌑 Keelhealings meets Insa New Moon in Scorpio · Cacao & Sound Healing Join us at Galé Beach for an afternoon of connection, reflection and new beginnings. Inspired by Scorpio’s themes of transformation, we’ll explore repeating patterns, connect with our emotions and set intentions for what we’re ready to welcome into our lives. Nicola will guide you through the New Moon’s astrological themes, journaling, intention setting, tarot and a moon ritual, alongside a cacao ceremony to invite a deeper connection with yourself. Insa will guide you through a somatic vocal healing journey, using breath and your primal voice to explore expression and connection with your body, at your own pace. This will be followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath with gongs, crystal singing bowls and other instruments, inviting you to surrender, receive and sink into their soothing vibrations. No singing experience is needed. Come as you are, with space to rest, reflect and reconnect. Please eat lightly on the day and, if comfortable for you, leave around two hours between your last meal and the ceremony. In cacao practice, arriving with a light stomach is encouraged with the intention of experiencing cacao’s effects more readily, while avoiding the heaviness of a large meal. Please honour your body’s needs—you’re welcome to have a light snack if needed.
